What to expect:

Each commission is a custom illustration, available in 5×7" or 8x10" sizes, with the finished artwork shipped to you. Once we finalize the details of your piece, I’ll send you a Stripe invoice for the full amount. Payment is required in full before I begin creating.

Each commission includes one review/revision of the sketching before I start adding details and colour.

Shipping is free within Canada and international orders will incur a $25 shipping fee.

  • Once your commission is completed, the artwork will be shipped to you to the address you provided.

    Free Shipping in Canada and $25CAD for shipping internationally. A tracking number will be provided once it has shipped.

  • Commissions only open a few times a year. To be the first to hear when they’ll open - Join my newsletter or follow along on my Instagram @genrollo.arts, as this will be the first place they’re announced.

  • As commissions only open a few times a year, the turnaround timeline varies depending on volume and complexity of the work. Typically it may vary from 1-3 months.

  • After we finalize the details of your commission, I’ll send you an invoice via Stripe for the full amount. Payment is required in full before I begin creating your artwork. Once the payment is received, I’ll start working on your piece.

  • When you fill out the Commission Request Form, it will ask about the size, colour or no colour and then 3 high quality reference photos. I will also follow-up via email with confirmation details.

  • Yes, I ship internationally - but any international orders will incur a $25CAD shipping fee.

  • As my strength and interest is primarily in architecture and nature based work, I do not include people or pets in my work. However, I can add personal touches (such as names, dates, symbols, etc).
