Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed. Once items have been shipped, please allow up to 14 days for Canada and up to 21 days for USA. Mailing times may be slightly longer for International shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or if there’s a mistake, please contact me with images within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns or exchanges are only possible for damaged or incorrect items. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned, but we’ll always try to find a solution if there’s an issue.

Occasionally, I host international shop openings for Mail Club (Past Issues) and select shop items. This event is not on a set schedule, but typically happens every few months.

Join my newsletter to be notified when my Art Shop is available internationally! I will typically announce International shop openings on my Instagram.

Note: For customers outside Canada, we are not responsible for any additional fees (customs, duties, clearance charges etc).

Please note: shipping is temporarily suspended to select EU destinations due to changes in EU customs requirements — Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain.

Orders with multiple product types will be shipped together.

Sometimes mail can get lost or delayed. If it’s past the estimated delivery time, please email me at genrollo.arts@gmail.com with:

• Order number

• Date of purchase

I’ll look into it and make sure your artwork safely reaches you!

I restock items when I’m able to, but as a solo artist/small business, inventory can run out faster than expected and restocks may take time. I typically share any upcoming restocks on my Instagram and via my newsletter, so keep an eye on those for updates!

Currently prints are only offered at 5×7. I may add larger sizes in the future.
