Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed.

Once items have been shipped, please allow up to 14 days for Canada & US shipping and up to 21 days for International shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or if there’s a mistake, please contact me with images within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns or exchanges are only possible for damaged or incorrect items. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned, but we’ll always try to find a solution if there’s an issue.

Occasionally, I host international shop openings for The Paper Trails Post (Past Editions) and select shop items. This event is not on a set schedule, but typically happens every couple of months. Join my newsletter to be notified when my Art Shop is available internationally!

Note: For customers outside Canada, we are not responsible for  any additional fees (customs, duties, clearance charges etc.

Orders with multiple product types will be shipped together.

I restock items when I’m able to, but as a solo artist/small business, inventory can run out faster than expected and restocks may take time. I typically share any upcoming restocks on my Instagram and via my newsletter, so keep an eye on those for updates!
