Manage your subscription

  • Please allow up to 14 days for delivery to Canada and up to 21 days for delivery Internationally.

    See above for the mailing schedule.

  • Yes! The mail club currently ships internationally from Canada. Delivery times may vary by country.

  • To keep the mail club affordable, letters are sent with standard stamps/shipping so no tracking is available currently.

  • You will be billed monthly on the day that you initially subscribed. To check your account details, login to the Posthouse Customer Portal.

  • Cancel your subscription anytime using the Posthouse Customer Portal.

  • Manage your shipping information, billing address and more through the Posthouse Customer Portal.

  • If your mailer arrived damaged, please email me at genrollo.arts@gmail.com with your name and photo(s) of the damaged items.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery within Canada and up to 21 business days for international delivery after shipment.

    If your mailer still hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, it’s possible it may have been delayed or lost in transit. Please email me at genrollo.arts@gmail.com with the following information so I can verify your order and help resolve it: your full name, shipping address, and the date you joined The Paper Trails Post.
